The Series1 PB6020S1-FR UltraPlant is one of our longest running planter models. In Spring 2026 our team had the opportunity to follow up with these two particular PB6020S1-FRs - manufactured 10 years apart! Both planting soybeans in Indiana. The GroundPro1 Row Unit

While the LaserPro1 has held its own as the industry leader in durability in high-speed and no-till planting for the past 10 years, we saw the need remained for many farmers to have access to a new construction high quality row unit at a more economic price point. The GroundPro is fully manufactured in our Storm Lake, IA factory with our signature high quality laser-cut high-tensile strength steel, but in a lighter footprint than the LP1. Built with standard double bushings and, most significantly, with interchangeable support for Springs, Airbags, OR hydraulic downforce along with support for finger-pickup meters through high-speed and future support for cable drive systems.
